d. On the morning of the Site Visit, please proceed to the PBA Plainview Gate.

Do NOT attempt to enter the Gate. Just before the gate, turn left and enter the parking lot. The Pass & ID Office is the southernmost of the two buildings. The PBA Representative will meet all attendees at the Pass and ID Office promptly at 0900 CT. If you do not currently have access to PBA, please plan to be at the Pass and ID office one hour prior to the beginning of the site visit.

2. The purpose of the Site Visit is to ensure all vendors whose Step-One Technical Proposals have been determined technically acceptable are able to inspect the work site in order to be able to put together a realistic and competitive quote.

3. The PBA Representative will not answer any questions at the Site Visit. All questions shall be submitted to the POCs listed below no later than Monday, March 25, 2024, at 1400 CT.
