Response 2: The requirement as stated in the PWS is to guarantee 30 rooms per night for the primary weekend and 10 rooms per night for the alternate weekend. Queson 3: What is the Number of Minimum Room Guarantees for the work week?
Response 3: There is no minimum guarantee requested for the work week, rather as stated in the PWS the requirement is to provide rooms during the week, if and when called for by the lodging manager or designated representave. The heaviest demand for rooms during the week will be leading into the week of the primary weekend and historically has been 3-5 rooms each day. Addional weekday room requests are sporadic and historically have been 1- 3 reservaons per month that are 2-5 days in length.
Queson 4: On the schedule reservaon form the dates that say no- requirements does that mean that there are no alternave dates during those certain months so only provide quotes for the start and end dates only?
Response 4: When “No requirement” is listed this indicates that there is not a requirement for that category during the month listed. If there is a date listed under either Primary or Alternate, both of those dates are required for lodging and rooms will be needed for those dates.
