Amendment 0001
1. Questions 1 and 2 are hereby incorporated in to this solicitation.
2. To add that the drivers license state of issue is required when requesting access to base.
Amendment 0001 Questions Question 1: Due to the fact that this solicitation requires us to “hold” our pricing for 90 calendar days for acceptance and given the recent uncertainty in materials and labor costs; would the government consider including the FAR Clause 52.216-4, Economic Price Adjustment for Labor and Material in this solicitation?
Answer 1: This clause will not be incorporated into the solicitation.
Question 2: Is hand deliver the only way to submit this proposal? Would be possible to allow EMAIL or MAIL as options so GCs out of state do not have to travel just to submit the proposal?
Answer 2: Email will not be acceptable due to the fact it is a sealed bid; however, mail is allowed. If you plan to mail your bid it is your responsibility to ensure it arrives before the bid opening time and to email me at lisa.fingland@us.af.mil to let me know a mailed bid is expected.
