About this file
This file is a PowerPoint presentation containing site visit slides for electrical projects at the 138th Fighter Wing, Tulsa Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma. The slides support the solicitation W50S8U26QA016 for electrical system troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and maintenance services across multiple facilities at the base. The presentation serves as a visual reference for contractors attending scheduled or unscheduled site visits to familiarize themselves with the scope of work, facility layouts, electrical system conditions, and project requirements before submitting their proposals.
The site visit slides are integral to the procurement process, which requires a firm-fixed-price contract and mandates that all work comply with the Performance Work Statement and commercial industry standards. Contractors must possess a current REAL ID to access the base and are required to complete background checks, with pre-registration available at https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page. An unscheduled site visit was held on August 26th at 10:00 AM, with the solicitation deadline subsequently extended to September 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time. The Department of the Army National Guard is the procuring agency, and all interested contractors must coordinate site visits in advance through the Tulsa gate address at 4408 N. Mingo Ave., Tulsa, OK 74116.
