SYNOPSIS
MSA Phase 2 and Falcon Ave Concrete Repair at Tulsa Air National Guard Base, OK.
W50S8U-23-B-0002 Disclosure of magnitude is $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204(d) A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded.
Award is set aside for small businesses (NAICS – 237310) Small Business Size Standard is $45 Million The contract will be awarded based on price and price related factors.

In the request for quotation (RFQ), FAR Part 13, Quotations or offers shall be evaluated on the basis established in the solicitation.
Award is given to the lowest responsible offeror The Government anticipates making award without discussions
WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD
Construction period is 90 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed
SOLICITATION PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11
Offer, Standard Form (SF) 1442 front and back signed Section 00010 Line Items- all items must be priced Section 00600, Representations and Certifications, completed and return only additional certifications found in this section In addition, the offeror must have entered current and complete data within the past year in Online Representations and Certifications at https://www.sam.gov see 52.204-8 in solicitation Also please fill out the 52.204-24,25 and 26 ALERT: If you are registering a new entity in SAM.gov, you must provide an original, signed notarized letter stating that you are the authorized Entity Administrator before your registration will be activated.
SOLICITATION PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11 - Continued When completing the “Offeror” portion of the SF 1442 (Blocks 14 – 20), an official having the authority to contractually bind the company must sign the SF 1442 in accordance with FAR 4.102. One copy of the SF1442 is required to have an original signature. Section 00010 Line Items- all items must be priced All amendments to the solicitation must be acknowledged.
Quotes can be emailed to the contracting office 138.FW.MSC@us.af.mil. E-mailed quotes must be in adobe acrobat (.pdf) format. Subject line to include “W50S8U-23-Q-0001”.
