Q1. What informaon is specifically needed in the detailed staffing plan?

A1.Staffing plan should provide appropriate personnel and experience to oversee and perform the lab tesng service for the government to evaluate your ability to perform IAW PWS.

Q2. Once completed, does the RFQ get emailed directly to you or do we need to submit it through sam.gov?

A2. You can email it directly to james.kliewer.2@us.af.mil.

Q3. Our laboratory is in Michigan. Do you require sample pick up at the base or will you ship the samples to the laboratory?

A3. Shipping of samples is not acceptable. Some tests are required to be conducted within 24-48 hours of sample collecon and the Government will not accept the risk of a delayed or lost shipment. The Government is willing to collect and deliver the samples to a laboratory within the 70 mile distance from 1947 Harington Memorial Rd, Mansfield, Ohio 44903. Addionally, the contractor may pick up the samples at the base and deliver them to a laboratory. However, the contractor should be aware they will not receive more than 24 hours advance noce to pick up the samples.
