MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: MINUTES OF PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT, SOLICITATION W50S8P- 24-B-

0003, Front Gate Pavement Repair 1 August 1, 2024/1:00PM/1 Hour Duration

1. The list of Government representatives and contractors attending the meeting is shown on the attached sign-in sheet.

2. The following items were discussed during the Pre-proposal Conference:

a. The Contract period is 180 days. This includes all work to include cleanup and punch list. We anticipate award of the contract in late August 2024. Following receipt and approval of bonds we will hold a pre-construction conference and issue NTP.

b. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM. To register go to:

https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. You will need your DUNS number register.

3. Questions must be submitted in writing via email, especially technical questions to:

121.MSG.Contracting@us.af.mil DO NOT CONTACT the Government Engineers. All questions must be routed through the Contracting Office. All Contractor questions when answered will be posted to the website. If a question arises that will result in a change to the plans or specifications, an official amendment will be issued. All correspondence, questions and answers, amendments etc. will be issued or posted at SAM.gov.

4. The attendees meet at the front gate and then moved to the flightline to view both areas of work within the statement of work.

5. Questions:

a. Will the existing portable barriers be able to be stored on site or will they have to be moved to a different location?

i. This question will be answered at a later time and posted to SAM.gov

6. Any amendments that are issued will be posted to the web site. Contractors were advised to check the website frequently.

7. The pre-proposal conference and site visit concluded at 2:00PM.
