Questions and Answers – Site Visit held 25 May 2023/10:00 AM EST

1. Q: Do we need to have an electrician involved in this project or will a site contractor be sufficient?

A: Having an electrician is not mandated. However, since this is a transformer pad, we highly encourage electricians monitor the work to avoid obvious errors from electricians standpoint (i.e. sharp edges and corner, wrong conduit size or location.)

2. Q: Do we need to have a special escort to work site since it is on the Range Rd / runway access Rd ?

A: All personnel must be background checked and receive awareness training for working in this section of the base. Base may also provide an escort for that area in addition to background check/badging.

3. Q: Will the base facilities personnel mark out the actual desired location of the new transformer pad and location where the conduits for future building feed are to be terminated?

A: Base will mark the pad location and the direction of the conduits.

4. Q: the SOW is unclear about how many secondary conduits are to be stubbed out and buried 10 ft. away I’m assuming its (1) 4 inch conduit please clarify.

A: The SOW has been updated to reflect conduit requirement
