Q4. https://cmra.army.mil/Login.aspx. – This web link is not working for me to enter the required information.
A4. This site was decommissioned in July 2020. The new site will be incorporated in www.sam.gov by early Fiscal Year 2021. Currently there is no operational site for contractor manpower reporting. Once the site is online the awardee will be notified of the new website.
Q5. In other states you do not have to hold any certification/ License to service /Inspect hood systems. I have a few Fire Protection [NICET} certifications myself currently and have held certifications in the past when working for distributor companies but they expire when you leave. In order to hold a major distributor license/Certification they require a volume of sales for their systems and I have searched high and low and none will give to small businesses they just aren’t profitable enough for them as the bigger companies are.
A5. To clarify and give guidance to paragraph 2.1.B.2 of the performance work statement, the minimum level of certification acceptable would be a Certified Fire Inspector I (CFI‐I). No other certifications would be required.
Q6. Will there be any updates as to how many fusible links are within the Hood systems in the event the site visit was not able to be attended?
A6. The personnel at the 150 Civil Engineering Squadron have been able to verify that there are 14 fusible links on 7 of the 10 range hoods.

Q7. I wanted to see if you could provide me with the schematics for buildings 1044, 1047, and 1109 in order to provide a more accurate quote for the full installation and integration of the project. The buildings are missing from the diagrams provided in the solicitation, attached.
A7. Building 1047 is on pages 4 and 5 of the pdf attachment "Fire Combined + Plan + 150th + SOW.pdf".
The second floor of Building 1047 is on page 4 and the first floor is on page 5. The floor plans to Building
1044 we do not wish to disclose until after award to mitigate any Operational Security issues due to the nature of the mission in the building. Building 1109 is actually an overhang approximately 40 feet by 40 feet. There are no walls to Building 1109 just the 4 corner posts.
Q8. We also need clarity on slides four (4) and five (5). What buildings are they? The names of the builds on these slides aren't mentioned, so can we receive some clarity on what buildings these are‐similar to the other slides (diagrams).
A8. This was answered in A7 and restated here for clarity: Slide 4 is the second floor of Building 1047, Slide 5 is the first floor of Building 1047.
