SECTION 00100 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS
Description of the Project: The 110th Wing requires the replacement of ~20 year old fluorescent fixtures and lighting with energy efficient LED fixtures and lighting. The upgraded lighting are critical to the stability of the mission by reducing energy consumption footprint and utility costs in accordance with DOD and federal policies in Buildings 6911, 6916, 6923, 6925, and 6930(non-high bay spaces). The existing lighting system has high energy consumption costs and provides inadequate light to occupied and utilized spaces. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
(End of provision)
52.219-2 EQUAL LOW BIDS. (OCT 1995)
