About this file

This file contains Questions and Answers for a federal contract opportunity issued by the Massachusetts Air National Guard (MAANG) for Optimizing the Human Weapon System Service. The solicitation (W50S81-25-Q-B003) is a 100% small business set-aside for a single firm-fixed price contract with a 12-month base period. The contract is a new effort replacing a previous contract (W50S81-24-P-A013) held by Duro Health LLC, with a prior contract value of $138,998.78.

Key details include requirements for personnel with specific healthcare credentials, specifically a licensed Physical Therapist and/or licensed Athletic Trainer. The government allows contractors flexibility in staffing, emphasizing that personnel must have appropriate licenses or certifications. The solicitation uses NAICS code 621340 for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, with a small business size standard of $12.5M. Contractors will be evaluated on best value, with past performance considered, and DoD-related work will be deemed relevant for evaluation purposes. The contract will be awarded without discussions using simplified acquisition procedures.
