About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers file (W50S7Z25QL005) for a lodging services contract for military unit training assemblies (UTA) near NAS-JRB New Orleans in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Key details include a standard room block of 30 double rooms and 20 single rooms, with double rooms configured as 2 Queens and single rooms as 1 King. The lodging facilities must be within 25 miles of the duty station (ZIP code 70143), provide off-street parking with a well-maintained and illuminated parking area, and have a fixed room rate. The rooming roster will be released two weeks in advance, and for months with multiple UTAs, room blocks will be covered under a single award. During the holiday season (October-January), single occupancy rooms can be used to supplement double occupancy rooms. Third-party vendors must provide documentation of partnership agreements, and in the event of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) termination, existing reservations will be honored and paid under the original BPA terms.
