About this file
This amendment to a solicitation modifies the requirements for a project to repair a parking lot. The work includes removing approximately 38,800 square feet of asphalt, adjusting the base course, providing nuclear density testing, installing a new six-inch concrete parking lot, removing and replacing curb and gutter with one handicap ramp, and striping parking stalls. The solicitation is set aside entirely for small businesses. Responses are due by April 16, 2020. The Department of the Army National Guard is the contracting agency. Clauses have been added requiring that at least 50% of contract amounts go to similarly situated small business subcontractors, depending on the nature of the work.
