Questions and Answers

Number Spec Section Question Answer 1 N/A Can you please clarify the page limitation for Volume II Technical Capability?

On page 21 of the Solicitation under A. Instructions and Volumes Required, it states: "2. Volume II - Technical Capability (limited to 5 pages)", however, on page 23, Section C 2.c.i it states "i. Sub-Factor 1 - Experience and Capability - Proposal is limited to 10 single pages", and then on page 24 under C.2.iii, it states "The Schedule is not subject to page limits." I just want to verify exactly how many pages we are limited to in Volume II Technical Capability?

Technical Capability is limited to 5 double sided pages or 10 single sided pages. Subfactors 1 and 2 when combined are limited to 5 double sided or 10 single sided pages. Subfactor 3 - schedule is not included in the page count so it is no subject to page limits.
