Questions and Answers

Number Spec Section Question Answer 1 N/A Can you please clarify the page limitation for Volume II Technical Capability?

On page 21 of the Solicitation under A. Instructions and Volumes Required, it states: "2. Volume II - Technical Capability (limited to 5 pages)", however, on page 23, Section C 2.c.i it states "i. Sub-Factor 1 - Experience and Capability - Proposal is limited to 10 single pages", and then on page 24 under C.2.iii, it states "The Schedule is not subject to page limits." I just want to verify exactly how many pages we are limited to in Volume II Technical Capability?

Technical Capability is limited to 5 double sided pages or 10 single sided pages. Subfactors 1 and 2 when combined are limited to 5 double sided or 10 single sided pages. Subfactor 3 - schedule is not included in the page count so it is no subject to page limits.

2 N/A Will the contractor be required to provide weight tickets? The Contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection; transportation and disposal of refuse and shall obtain such permits, and licenses or other authorizations as may be required. The Contractor will be required to weigh the recycled materials truck and waste truck when they arrive and when they leave the base indicating the quantity by weight of recycled paper and waste generated and removed from the base.
