About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a local marketing campaign targeting the Illinois Air National Guard. The Illinois Air National Guard is seeking marketing services with a focus on billboards and radio advertisements throughout the state of Illinois, with the intent of attracting interested and qualified applicants to serve as members. The campaign is set-aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 541810, with a business size standard of $25.5 million.
The RFQ outlines the approved local marketing strategies, which include printed billboards, print ads, public transportation, local events, yard signs, and local pamphlets/flyers. Digital advertising is prohibited, as all digital marketing efforts will be executed through national programs. The government is looking for the best campaign at the specified price points of $15,000 for radio advertising and $10,000 for billboard/printed advertising. Quotes are to be submitted via email to the 126th Contracting Officer and will be evaluated based on price, technical approach, and past performance. The government intends to award one contract but reserves the right to consider partial or multiple awards.
