About this file

This document is a Pre-Bid Conference presentation for a pavement repair project at the 139th Airlift Wing in St. Joseph, Missouri. The solicitation (W50S7G25BA004) is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a project magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. The project involves milling the existing topcoat (no more than 2 inches) and overlaying with new asphalt in specified areas, with special attention to the POL Complex where approximately 200 square feet will require full-depth asphalt replacement.

Key requirements include SAM registration, REAL ID compliance for base access, obtaining necessary permits, and maintaining site safety. Contractors must submit background checks, follow base-specific protocols (such as 15 MPH speed limit, confined space entry procedures), and manage environmental considerations like hazardous material storage. Bids are due on September 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., and the project is tax-exempt. Point of contact is Capt Adam Danner, and a site supervisor must be present at all times during the project.
