| 1. | Q: Be advised that the drawings do not reflect what the various colored locations means provide a key for the drawings that clearly calls out what is to be installed and where. | |
| A: More information is required to answer question. Which drawings are being referenced? | |
| 2. | Q: Bridge Crane & Simulator Interlock Detail, can we ask the Simulator controls company if we can send a dry contact via remote I/O? We do this quite often and use two different styles but would prefer to do it this way. | |
1. Banner PM2 Kit as shown. Can be 900MHZ or 2.4 GHz – see attached for clarity.
2. One Gateway would be mounted on the crane and a Node on the Simulator Controls A: Coordinate interlock requirements with simulator and crane manufacturers.
3. Q: Are we allowed to send an electronic link to the plans to potential subs and suppliers or do they have to go to SAMS and be registered and get their own link?
A: Please do not post on any sites for everyone to see. They can be given to subcontractors for bidding purposes only.
| 4. | Q: In the specs it says that if awarded the job you would have to have background checks for anyone working on site as well as the “real id/passport”. Is this still going to be required for this project even though the project location is not inside the security fence? |
| A: Background checks will be required for all workers. Once Real ID is in effect, the contractor shall be prepared to comply with security requirements. Contractor is responsible for monitoring when Real ID takes effect of Missouri by checking the Department of Homeland Security and Missouri Department of Revenue websites. |
| 5. | Q: Are you required to have a construction fence? |
| A: No, but you are responsible for your job site and securing any material you may have there. |
| 6. | Q: Is it still 14 days for the background checks to be run? |
| A: Yes, as of right now that has not changed to a longer timeframe due to the current circumstances. |

| A: The set aside is for the awardee of the Government Contract (Prime Contractor). For the NAICS related to this solicitation 236220 the dollar amount is $39,500,000.00 in average annual receipts. |
| 10. | Q: The resinous flooring spec calls for 100% solids epoxy primer and two coats of aliphatic urethane with a total of 20mils in one sections and for a troweled system in another section. The standard thin mil system would be 2 coats of 100% solids epoxy with one topcoat of aliphatic urethane with the oxide broadcast. The standard troweled system would be a nominal ¼” of epoxy mortar with the above system as the topcoats. Also, the finish schedule calls out for a resinous cove/ceramic cove base in rooms 110,111,112,113 all of the drawings show ceramic base to the floor. |
| A: See Amendment 0001 |
| 11. | Q: Is there a preferred bridge crane manufacturer? |
