W50S7525QA027 Attachment 1 - 146 LRS Vehicle List with Photos 31Jul25.pdf

This document is an attachment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for vehicle painting and corrosion repair services for the 146th Airlift Wing in Channel Islands, California. The solicitation (W50S7525QA027) covers painting and corrosion repair for six vehicles from the Logistics Readiness Squadron, including a Freightliner M2112 tractor, Ford F350, Chevy Silverado, Chevy Express, Hyster 155XL forklift, and another Chevrolet truck. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 811121 with a $9M size standard, and the government anticipates funds becoming available prior to award.

The attachment includes detailed vehicle photos documenting the current condition of each vehicle, showing extensive paint degradation and corrosion that requires 100% repainting. The vehicles are located at a military facility and will require on-site inspection. Potential bidders must email questions to specified government contacts by close of business on Monday, 11 August 2025. The solicitation emphasizes that no contract will be awarded until appropriated funds are available, and contractors must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the comprehensive vehicle refurbishment.
