About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation for a demolition project issued by the Georgia Army National Guard. The amendment modifies the original solicitation (W50S7025BA001) for demolition services at Hangar Building 199 located at the Savannah Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC). Key changes include updating the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to version 2, extending the Q&A period, and adding several new contract documents such as a Base Environmental Guide and Wage Determination.
The solicitation requires a contractor to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to remove Hangar Building 199 and adjacent support facilities. Critical dates include a mandatory site visit on 14 May 2025 at 9:30 AM, bid submission deadline of 18 June 2025 at 10:00 AM EST, and a bid guarantee requirement of 20% of the bid price or $3M, whichever is less. Potential bidders must complete online representations and certifications at SAM.gov, submit a completed Standard Form 1449, and follow specific pricing and documentation instructions outlined in the amendment.

If the designated billing office fails to annotate the payment request with the actual date of receipt at the time of receipt, the payment due date is the 14 thday after the date of the Contractor's payment request, provided the designated billing office receives a proper payment request and there is no disagreement over quantity, quality, or Contractor compliance with contract requirements.
The due date for payment of any amounts retained by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the (B) clause at 52.232-5, Payments Under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts, is as specified in the contract or, if not specified, 30 days after approval by the Contracting Officer for release to the Contractor.

. The Contractor shall prepare and submit invoices to the designated billing office (2) Contractor's invoice specified in the contract. A proper invoice must include the items listed in paragraphs (a)(2)(i) through (a) (2)(xi) of this clause. If the invoice does not comply with these requirements, the designated billing office must return it within 7 days after receipt, with the reasons why it is not a proper invoice. When computing any interest penalty owed the Contractor, the Government will take into account if the Government notifies the Contractor of an improper invoice in an untimely manner.
