About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers file addressing inquiries regarding solicitation W50S6Y26RA009 for Occupational Health and Wellness Services (OHWS) at the 125th Fighter Wing.

The Government clarified four key points regarding the solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS). First, proposal formatting requirements are specified in amendment-0001 available on SAM. Second, the preferred staffing discipline mix for OHWS services follows this order of precedence: Athletic Trainer (AT), Physical Therapist (PT), Massage Therapist, and Strength Coach, with anticipated requirements of 40 hours per week. Third, the total population expected to receive OHWS services is approximately 30 aircrew personnel. Fourth, the incumbent contractor is Duro Health under contract W50S6Y21P0006, currently staffed with a single Athletic Trainer. This information establishes baseline expectations for service delivery, staffing composition, and population size that offerors should consider when developing their proposals.

Proposal Formatting Requirements

Per PWS Section 5.1, the Government may require a licensed Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and/or Massage Therapist at its discretion. In order of precedence, would be an AT, PT, Massage Therapist, and Strength Coach

40hrs week

3b PWS Section 5.1.1 Population Served

Section 5.1.1 references approximately 30 aircrew. Is this the total population expected to receive OHWS services, or should offerors anticipate a larger population? Total current population size is 30 people
