SECTION H - SPECIAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
H-1. Option Year Pricing Instructions.
The parties agree that the negotiated plot points in Attachment 0008 will be used to determine the option year prices.
Section B option CLINs are established at the maximum plot point quantity for purposes of contract award. However, the U.S. Government reserved the right to award the option years for any quantity between 2000 and 7000. The unit price for the option years' quantities will be determined by using the negotiated Attachment 0008 - Pricing Worksheet. Section B option CLINs quantities will be revised upon award of the option year to reflect the final quantity amount, unit price, and extended price.
Final quantities for option years 1 and 2 can only be determined once, at the time of exercising the option. Any units needed for the first article testing or other needed testing shall be included as part of the final quantity.
The parties agree that clause 52.217-7 remains valid provided that the USG exercises the options for quantities between 2000 and 7000.
