2) QUESTION: The quantity of batteries for each UPS is not listed on these sheets, please provide.
ANSWER: Attachment 2 UPS MASTER LIST Price Sheet has been updated to include the number of batteries based on historical data available and will be incorporated with Amendment 0001.
3) QUESTION: I had a question about the T & M pricing requirements. The solicitation request that material “costs over $100.00 shall be competed and evidence shall be provided to the COR with documents stated in PWS paragraph 5.6.4.”. I wanted to verify that this amount is accurate. It’s a low threshold given that all repairs would easily exceed this amount. Also, in terms of “compete” would this be to multiple suppliers of parts or companies that would provide the repair?
ANSWER: The Contractor will provide quotes from several sources to ensure the Government is receiving the best pricing for any materials over $100.00 and not listed on Attachments 1 and 2, for Emergency Repair (T&M) only.
4) QUESTION: Please confirm that all Generators are Located on the Ground Level.
ANSWER: Confirmed, all generators are on ground level.
5) QUESTION: Please confirm if this is a new requirement or an existing Contract. If an existing Contract, please provide the Contract Number.
