With the end of the government fiscal year rapidly approaching and the number of documents (as-builts, CADD drawings, 2700 pages of SOW and specifications) issued with Amendment 001 through the SAFE site, our subcontractors have been overloaded and find it quite challenging to navigate the amount of information provided to bid their scope of work. Many of these subcontractors bid on the Tobyhanna MATOC and seed task order. These subs finally have the time to focus on this effort. We respectfully request a two-week extension allowing the subcontractors enough time to view the documents so that they can give us a valid, non-inflated price.

This requirement must be awarded by the end of the fiscal year due to expiring funds. Therefore, an extension cannot be given. We understand your concerns and recommend that the contractor submit their most competitive pricing by August 16, 2021 by 3:30PM EST.
