Other POC:

1. Overall Objective:

Replace 60-ton chiller unit, 2 chiller pumps, flow switch, replace glycol in entire chilled water system loop, glycol feeder unit, air separator unit and it’s insulation, replace outdated building controls system with new EBCS integrated components.

2. General Requirements:

Replace existing components with same capacity but more efficient units

3. Impact of Deficiency:

Units break down or fail causing negative impact to training mission, control system is an old Delta system.

4. Rough Estimate(s):

500,000.00

5. Expected Results of Completed Project:

New efficient reliable components that keep the training space suitable to meet the mission.

6. Attachments:

Added to the ticket.

7. Executive Summary:

Chiller is almost 20 years old; pumps are aging, glycol air separator unit is noisy when in operation. Chiller requires constant maintenance and parts replacements (currently down awaiting parts). BAS controls are not EBCS standard controls and are outdated. The intent of this project is to replace the outdate failing equipment with new, more energy efficient equipment.
