March 4, 2022 Q & A for NGATS Spares

1. According to Attachment 0001 there are 655 items identified to be provided as part of this

RFP. These items are identified by a Description, a NIIN, and in most cases there is a drawing and a part number identified as well. The drawings that were provided as part of this RFP only account for 10 of the 452 drawings identified in Attachment 0001, leaving the majority of the requested parts with a drawing requirement listed with no drawing provided.

In addition, there are 4 items that are identified by Description only – No NIIN, Drawing, or Part

Number to reference.

Please provide direction on how to proceed with 442 items that have a drawing requirement listed with no drawing provided as well as the 4 items with description only.

ANSWER: The Government did not intend to give drawings for all of the items. The items can be obtained without required technical data.

Please see revised Attachment 0001 NGATS Spares Price Matrix.

As a requirement under this solicitation, all Offerors must submit Reps/Certs data into the System for

Award Management (S.A.M.) atCaution-https://www.sam.gov/ < Caution-https://www.sam.gov/

> and provide one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy (on CD) submitted as an .XPS file.

Any Offeror that has previously submitted Reps/Certs data into SAM is reminded to update the data prior to submitting with the proposal.
