Offerors are to provide all necessary labor, material and equipment to meet the requirements of the drawings, performance specification, statement of work and solicitation. Proposals are due by the date specified in the solicitation documentation, which is not stated in this file.

CCMCK Questions W15QKN-21-R-0005

Q: The RFP states hard copy submission of the proposal, is this correct?

A: The Offeror shall request DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) Site Drop-Off Link (via https://safe.apps.mil ) from the Contracting Officer and/or Contract Specialist no later than 5 calendar days prior to proposal submission deadline.

Q: We couldn’t find the evaluated quantity and weights associated to help us determine the evaluated price in the Attachment 0010. Would it be possible to clarify this section?

A: The evaluated quantities and weights are an internal Government tool, and are not provided to the offeror. The offeror should fill out column D, of Attachment 0010 - M1041 Price Matrix with their unit prices.

Q: In the section B item A001, the CDRL are NSP for items A001 to A022 but there are 28 CDRLs. Could you please validate if we need to cost A023 to A028? Can you please clarify?

A: In Section B, A001 is the CLIN for the CDRL deliveries, and they are NSP in Section B. The narrative in Section B is a typo it should be A0001 - A0028. All CDRLs should be priced on the CDRL themselves.
