About this file
This attachment to the Army Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) solicitation provides templates and instructions for offerors to propose hardware, software, and service solutions. Offerors must complete an Excel spreadsheet listing proposed products and services by category, type, count, name, version, commercial availability, prior government deployment, accreditation status, user base size, and comments. Categories include network as a service, end user services, and compute and storage. The Army seeks partnering through this EITaaS Prototype Pilot to reform IT operations and services delivery using commercial offerings, in order to increase mission effectiveness and user efficiencies through standardized, innovative services.
