Specific Tasks states that there are 5 separate lots. This does not include parking lot 2, is that correct?

RESPONSE: Facing Parking Lot 4 from E Street, the snow would be stored in back right (southeast) quarter of the lot near the small building.
3. Is anything supposed to be done to the grassy areas shown in the map?
RESPONSE: None. Snow can be piled on to the grassy areas of Parking Lots 3, 4 and 5.

RESPONSE: Physical measurement of the hand shoved areas is not available at this time.
5. How many lineal feet of fence is there?
RESPONSE: 4,197 linear feet.
6. Can the snow be removed from the fence using equipment or must that be hand shoveled?
RESPONSE: Snow can be removed using equipment or hand. Damage by equipment will need to be repair by and at the expense of the contractor. Snow should not be piled against the fence.
7. If we are called out more than 1 time in the 24 hour period of a snow and ice event do we get paid for the snow depth at the time of each plow or are we only paid 1 time for the depth of the total event no matter how many times we were called to plow?
RESPONSE: Paragraph 2.2 defines a Snow and Ice Event as the 24 hours period between 1800 hours (6:00 pm) until 1800 hours the next day. You will paid for amount of snow fall during that period. Snow measurements are based upon NOAA’s measurement for Boston Logan Airport. You are paid one time for snow clearing during that period as according to the amount of inches of snow 1 to 6, 7 to 10, 11 to 15, or 16+. If snow continues past 1800 hours or a second event starts later, snow removal is billed as a separate event.
