W15QKN-17-R-0160
The purpose of Amendment 0004 to Solicitation W15QKN-17-R-0160 is to:
1. Respond to the following questions from industry:
QUESTION 1: The USG NDA says we are not allowed to share the TDP with anyone. That presents a problem. Does that mean that each of the potential suppliers that we need to get bids from has to complete their own NDA and TDP request?
RESPONSE to QUESTION 1: The USG NDA needs to be signed only by the requesting prime contractor. It is the duty of this prime contractor to ensure documentation is in accordance with the TDP Export Control markings.
QUESTION 2: I noticed that the solicitation W15QKN-17-R-0160 doesn't call out the part number that you would be buying. It only calls out the NSN for each item number. Should it list drawing 13046100?
RESPONSE to QUESTION 2: The Part Number is called out in the Statement of Work and is also listed in the TDP.
2. Revise Government's intent FROM a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract TO up to two ID/IQ contracts.
Please see updated paragraphs A.3, H.2.2, M.1.1, M.1.1.1, and L.4.3.1. Also, please see added paragraphs H.8, H.9, and H.10 as well as added Clauses 52.216-4002 and 52.216-27.
3. Reduce the minimum guarantee FROM $630,000.00 TO $2,500.00. Please see updated paragraphs A.3 and Section B Contract Minimum narrative.
4. Revise the language on paragraph H.3 for clarity.
5. All other terms and conditions apply and remain unchanged as a result of this Amendment.
