Questions and Answers continuned...
Question 36: Section L.4.2.2 (d)(2) states that the Component Suppliers Template is to include the date on the letter of commitment for the delivery of each product and subcomponent. However, there is no call out in the RFP that explicitly states that a Letter of
Commitment is required for each product and subcomponent. Is the inclusion of the Letter of Commitment date field on the template meant to be construed as requiring a Letter of Commitment or can this field be removed from the template?
Government Response: Section L.4.2.2 states that an Offeror needs to provide the date on the Letter of Commitment for each product and subcomponent. This field cant be removed from the template.
Question 37: Can the USG please provide clarification, with regard to drawing number 408JXN00096, as to whether or not Magazine Fillers with part number 11010484 are required as part of the bid submission or as part of the final package configurations for DVT or final production?
Government Response: The Magazine Filler will not be required for rounds submitted during bid sample or for the final package configurations.
