The contractor must be registered as a vendor on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage and comply with the Maryland Living Wage Law (Tier 1 contract). Compensation is structured as a monthly fixed fee to cover badging, bonding, and insurance costs, plus operating rates for labor and equipment provided in Section P (the bid form). All contractor personnel must obtain airport security identification badges including U.S. Customs seals, and the contractor must provide a $25,000 Airport Customs Security Area Bond.
