About this file
This document contains vendor questions regarding a state and local contract opportunity for Lexmark printers from the Office of the Illinois Secretary of State. The contract calls for an initial 400 units, with the possibility of additional orders throughout the year, totaling up to 300 units. The units include sheet trays and warranties. No lift gate or special delivery instructions are required, as the Howlett Building has a loading dock. The contract opportunity is described in an attached IFB (Invitation for Bids) document, which provides more details on the procurement.
The pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding requirements, and other salient details are not provided in the vendor questions document. The IFB document would need to be reviewed to determine those specifics.
