About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (#1) file issued by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services for a JPMC Dishwashing Supplies Institutional contract, identified by solicitation number 25-416CMS-BOSS4-B-46012. The contract is available to all governmental units and qualified not-for-profit organizations across the state, with no predetermined order frequency. The document addresses five key vendor questions regarding order placement, product distribution, current supplier, dispenser installation, and third-party service technician facility access.

The current incumbent for the dishwashing supplies contract is Ecolab, which holds the existing joint purchase master contract. The contract allows for subcontractors and provides flexibility for individual governmental units and not-for-profit agencies to establish their own facility entry policies. While specific installation requirements are referenced in Section 1.2.6 of the contract, the document does not provide detailed pricing, funding sources, or contract value information. The questions and answers suggest a collaborative approach to procurement that accommodates diverse organizational needs while maintaining standard contractual guidelines.
