About this file

The document provided is a set of vendor instructions for responding to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Illinois. The RFP is for an Integrated Workplace Management System. The instructions outline the process for creating and submitting a quote, including guidance on completing the General, Items, Terms and Conditions, and Attachments tabs, as well as the Summary tab for final submission. The instructions also note that due to the COVID-19 emergency, paper submittals will not be accepted, and a link to a tutorial video is provided.

The RFP appears to have specific requirements regarding pricing information, with instructions stating that any pricing entered in the Unit Cost of the Items Tab will be locked until after Technical Evaluations take place, and that cost, pricing, or discount information must not be included in the Alternate Description field. Failure to properly mark pricing documents in the Attachments Tab may also result in disqualification.
