About this file
This is a Vendor Digital Accessibility Questionnaire issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) Accessibility Center for Education, Consultation, and Support Services (ACCESS). The questionnaire serves as an evaluation tool for bidders and vendors to demonstrate their digital accessibility capabilities and commitments. The document requests comprehensive information across bidder organization, digital product development lifecycle, and specific digital product or service delivery. There are no specified response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, or contract term information included in this questionnaire template.
The questionnaire focuses on assessing vendor capacity in digital accessibility management, including the presence of dedicated personnel, staff expertise, and partnerships with external accessibility firms. It evaluates integration of accessibility throughout the development lifecycle, including design practices, inclusion of people with disabilities in product development, accessibility testing methodologies, and use of assistive technologies. The questionnaire also requires vendors to provide Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs), demonstrate their digital products' compatibility with assistive technology, disclose known accessibility violations with remediation roadmaps, and confirm maintenance procedures for accessibility compliance during contract performance. Third-party integrations must be verified for accessibility with supporting ACRs. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent details, or funding amounts are specified in this document.
