About this file

This is a Utility Information document for the Liberty St. project (Project #822009) involving multiple utility companies and the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) for a utility relocation and installation project in Boise, Idaho. The project requires approximately 120 working days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date for utilities to complete relocations, adjustments, and installations after initial site preparation. The contractor must coordinate and accommodate work with various utility companies, understanding that utility work may impact the project's critical path schedule and occur throughout all project phases.

The document lists detailed contact information for 11 utility companies involved in the project, including Sparklight, Lumen, City of Boise departments, Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, Veolia, Zayo/Integra, Marathon, and Verizon Wireless. Each utility has specific responsibilities, such as Veolia replacing main lines and services, and Marathon requiring an on-site inspector when working near their lines. The ACHD Utility Supervisor, Scott Bennett, is the primary contact for questions, and ACHD General Conditions Section 26 applies to the utility work. The project's geographic scope is Liberty Street, spanning from Douglas Street to Denton Street.
