About this file

This utility information document pertains to the Liberty Street project (Project #822009) involving multiple utility companies for infrastructure work between Douglas Street and Denton Street. The project requires approximately 120 working days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date for utility relocations, adjustments, and installations, with utilities potentially working on site throughout every project phase. The contractor must coordinate and accommodate work with various utility companies, understanding that project phasing may significantly impact utility relocation schedules.

The document lists contact information for multiple utility companies involved in the project, including Sparklight, Lumen, City of Boise departments (Parks and Rec, Public Works, Street Lights), Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, Veolia, Zayo/Integra, Marathon, and Verizon Wireless. Each utility has specific representatives and contact details, with some having unique requirements such as Marathon's requirement for an inspector to be on-site when working around their lines and Verizon Wireless needing to move an antenna complex at Morris Hill. The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) General Conditions Section 26 applies to the project, and the ACHD Utility Supervisor, Scott Bennett, is the primary contact for questions.
