Utility Information Sheet Summary
This Utility Information Sheet is provided by the City of Boise in support of the Cloverdale Road widening project extending from Victory Road to Overland Road in Idaho. The document outlines utility considerations and requirements for contractors bidding on this infrastructure improvement project. The project scope includes widening Cloverdale Road to a five-lane configuration, constructing median islands and a multi-use pathway with pedestrian ramps, epoxy coating repairs to three bridge decks, replacement of the existing Eightmile Creek pipe with a 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe, installation and modification of irrigation piping and slide gates, construction of a drainage basin, installation of Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons at two locations, and sanitary sewer improvements coordinated with the City of Boise. Contractors must coordinate with existing utility providers and comply with all utility relocation, protection, and notification requirements specified in the sheet to ensure project success and safety.
The Utility Information Sheet provides critical details regarding underground and overhead utilities that exist along the project corridor, including identification of utility companies, their contact information, and specific locations of their infrastructure. Contractors are required to contact all identified utility companies prior to construction activities and follow established procedures for utility locating, protection, and potential relocation at the contractor's cost. The document establishes clear protocols for utility coordination and compliance, emphasizing the importance of protective measures and adherence to utility company requirements throughout the construction period to avoid service disruptions and ensure worker safety.

Utility Information
Cloverdale Rd. Victory Rd. to Overland Rd
Project #521021
Utility Company Work Duration and Contact Information:
Utilities require 75 days from the NTP date to complete their relocations, adjustments, and installations after clearing, grubbing, tree trimming, and removal. These utility windows may impact the Contractor’s critical path schedule by that amount of time, but utilities may be working on site for every phase of the project. Project phasing may have a significant effect on the schedule for utility relocations, adjustments, and installations. Contractor must coordinate and accommodate work with utility companies, and schedule required construction windows throughout the project.
ACHD General Conditions Section 26 applies. Contact ACHD Utility Coordinator, Scott Bennett, at (208) 387-6259, with questions.
