Question
Answer
1
Section J, Task Orders
Is it correct that all of the labor categories listed within Task#1 and Task#2, as well as the labor categories listed in Attachment J.1 are intended to be less than full-time positions?

The only labor categories identified in Tasks #1 and #2 is a Project Manager (Task #1) as Key Personnel. These are fixed price task orders, so the offeror will determine the required mix of labor for each task as part of the fixed price. The hours in J-1 are estimates only and are not indicative of the total hours to be performed on any given task.

2
Section J, Task Orders
Please confirm that it is the intent of the government to have a 90 day period of performance for Task#1, and Task#2.

Please see the Deliverable Due Dates and Review Periods for both Task Orders.

3
General
Is this a new requirement, or is this work, or any portion of the work currently being performed by a contractor? If so, would the Government please provide the incumbent’s name and contract number?

This is a new requirement.

4
H-2 Preventing Personal Conflict of Interest
Will the Contractor be performing the work as identified by H-2 as "Acquisition function"?
It depends on the specific tsk order issued under the contract. Some tasks may be for acquisition functions identified in this clause.
5
H-1 Organizational Conflict of Interest.
Can the Contractor address and propose mitigating the OCI stipulation of H-1?
Yes. This would be identified and mitigated at the task order level.
6
C.2.1, Support Area 1
For purposes of clarity - we see this work statement as being indicative of process assessment and work flow analysis and not requiring actual review of any proprietary proposal or contract information. Please confirm that this is a proper assumption or please expand on the access/expectation.

This assumption is correct.

7
C.2.2 Support Area 2
Requiring Activity Acquisition Support. Please advise - by this work scope is it the expectation that the Contractor will provide service so as to prepare actual solicitation documentation or is the intent to prepare and provide Procurement package templates for use by the AOUSC Acquisition and Program staff?
Support Area 2 envisions the creation of acquisition documents for program offices in support mission requirements
8
General
Is there a possibility that this acquisition can be set aside for EDWOSB since the NAICS code 541611 is specifically designed for EDWOSBs by SBA?

No. This requirement is identified as a Full and Open Competition.

9
General
Will this contract be open to all DOJ Components?
This requirement is for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, a part of the Judicial Branch of Government and not the Department of Justice. Task orders will only be issued by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and no other judiciary entity.
10
C-4
Section C.4 does not designate if the Place of Performance will be at the government or contractor’s site; however, Task Orders #1 & 2 are at the contractor’s site. Will the Price Template, Attachment J-1 Schedule of Pricing be modified to include contractor and government site rates?

Yes. Amendment 0001 to the solicitation includes a revised J-1 for off-site labor rates.

11
Section G, 6-20(a)(2)
Requires Contractor’s to have Automobile Liability Insurance, are contractor employee’s responsible for driving government vehicles? If not, is this a requirement for this acquisition?

The contractor shall ensure sufficient insurance is provided for work under this contract that takes place on a government facility.

12
Section H-1, Organizational Conflicts of Interest
Is there currently a contractor or subcontractor that is prohibited from bidding on this acquisition? How long does this prohibition continue after contract performance?

No contractor or subcontractor is currently prohibited from submitting an offer for this requirement. The duration of a prohibition is dependent upon the action.

13
Section L-3.1 Part I
This section states that the offeror must include a completed copy of Section K and any other information required by a provision/clause. Can offerors provide copies of their SAM Report with their proposal or can the government pull offeror’s SAM report?

The government will access reports from SAM as necessary.

Section L-3.2 Part 2

This section indicates that the hours in Attachment J-1 Schedule of Pricing are for evaluation purposes only. Therefore, can offerors assume that task orders will be on a full-time basis (1920 hours) since the hours in the attachment are less than one full-time FTE? Is it the government’s intent that all/most task orders are project based with less than a one-year period of performance?

The hours in Section J-1 are estimates for evaluation purposes only and are only for tasks awarded on a time and material or labor hour basis. Tasks may also be awarded on a fixed price basis not associated with these labor categories.

15
Section L-2.1, Proposal Instructions
Are table of contents included in the page count? Are there any page limits for Volume II – Technical Proposal?
There are no page limitations identified for the Technical or Business Proposals.
16
Section J, Task Orders
Are offerors required to complete and sign the Standard Form 18 for Task Orders 1 & 2? Standard Forms 18 - Blocks 10 have different quotations closing time and dates.

The Task Order Requests for Proposal do not have to be signed as they are being submitted with the signed offer for this RFP. Disregard the dates on the SF-18 for these task requests as the date of proposal submission for the RFP is the required submission date for all task proposals.

17
Section J, Attachment J-6
Attachment J-6 advises offeror references to submit the questionnaire to patricia_butler@ao.uscourts.gov. Is this the correct email address to submit questionnaires too?

This is a typographical error. Amendment 0001 corrects the email address.

18
RFP Section C.4 Place of Performance, Page 6
For the purposes of completing J-1 Schedule of Pricing, Tab A Hourly Rates, should the Offeror provide contractor site rates, which would be consistent with the instructions in both Task Orders #1 and #2?

Amendment 0001 to the solicitation includes a revised J-1 for on-site and off-site labor rates. The fixed price proposals for Tasks #1 and #2 should be inclusive of all labor costs for the effort.

19
RFP Section L-3.2 Past 2 – Attachment 1 – Schedule of Pricing
This section states, “The offeror may include any pricing assumptions used to calculate the fixed price for these tasks.” If the offeror has assumptions, should they be included directly in the J-1 Schedule of Pricing Tab B spreadsheet?
Yes.
20
RFP Section L.4.2 Factor 2: Past Experience and Past Performance, Page 22
Contracts of this nature generally have a five year period of performance. As the Government is trending towards evaluating past performance within the most recent five years, would the Government consider applying a five year window for past performance?
Yes. Amendment 0001 changes the period for past performance.
21
J-1 Schedule of Pricing, Tab A – Hourly Rates
Do the hours in Tab A represent maximum ceiling hours per year, estimated hours for actual performance, or hours for evaluation purposes only? This offeror assumes a normal work year of 1920 per full time employee (FTE).
The hours are for evaluation purposes only although they do factor into the estimated contract value. Individual task orders will provide actual hours.
22
J-4 Task Order 1 Section 11. Key Personnel
This section states, “Contractor should attach to their quote references of comparable prior experience would be helpful along the resume of the proposed Project Manager.”

Is the Government asking for examples of the type of experience that would be comparable to the scope of work in the task order in addition to the information provided in the resume of the proposed Project Manager?

Amendment 0001 changes #11 in Task Order 1 to clarify.

23
J-3 Wage Determination 15-4281
Are there any SCA labor categories for this contract? If yes, please identify which labor categories.
SCA labor categories are dependent upon the actual tasks. It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine whether labor utilized under the task orders fall within the definition of the Service Contract Act.
24
J-4 Task Order 1
How many staff members will be surveyed for the training?
The contractor shall anticipate interviewing a maximum of 15 staff members.
25
Section J, Attachment J-1
What is the Government’s basis for listing the estimated hours by labor category in Section J-1 Schedule of Pricing (e.g., historical activity; professional best estimate of future requirement based on budget expectations; a common baseline for evaluation purposes only; etc.)?
The hours provided in Attachment J-1 are the estimates for potential labor hour task orders issued under this contract.
26
Section J, Attachment J-1
Please confirm Section J-1 Schedule of Pricing Labor Category “Contact Specialist II” refers to Section J-2, Labor Categories, “Contract Specialist.”

Amendment 0001 changes Attachment J-1 to correct the labor category

27
Section J, Attachment J-1
Please define Section J-1 Schedule of Pricing Labor Category “Business Analyst,” since it is not defined in Section J-2, Labor Categories
Amendment 0001 provides a definition.
28
Section J, Attachment J-2

Yes.
29
Section J, Attachment J-5, Task Order #2
Section J-5 Task Order 2 Statement of Work. For 5.1 Task 1-Baseline Management and Metrics Support, in what format will the successful offeror have access to the AOUSC 8-12 reports/ data outputs?
Data outputs will be provided in Excel, CSV, and pdf formats.
30
Section B
Please provide an estimated number of Task Orders the Government anticipates awarding per performance period. How many Task Orders does the Government anticipate will be performed simultaneously.
There is no such estimate. It is not anticipated that more than four task orders will be performed concurrently, however that is subject to requirements for this contract being identified.
31
Section L-3.1
The referenced section states “Offers signed by an agent are to be accompanied by evidence of the agent’s authority”. Are employees of the offeror considered “agents” for the purposes of signing the document.
Yes.
32
Section J, Attachment J-2
Should the offeror provide fixed hourly rates for the labor categories identified in Attachment J-1, Tab A for Government Site, Contractor site, or both?
Amendment 0001 changes J-1 to reflect both Government site and Contractor site labor rates.
33
Section J, Attachment J-1
Does the Government anticipate a consistent contractor level of effort across all task orders for each performance period? If so, what would be the estimated consistent level of effort for each performance period?
The Government does not anticipate a consistent level of effort throughout the performance period. Orders placed are dependent upon the needs of the Government.
34
General
Is there any opportunity to set-aside this requirement for a women Owned small business.
No.
35
Section J, Attachment J-2
Attachment J-2 – Labor Categories, is the Government opposed to industry providing a different labor category mix for this requirement. Also would the Government please define what its considered to be a full time equivalent (FTE), i.e.: 1920 or 2080.
The offeror can propose different labor categories but must show that the proposed labor categories meet the qualification standards for each labor category in J-2.
36
Section L.4.2, Factor 2, Past Experience and Past Performance,
The solicitation states, “To be considered recent, work must have been performed under the referenced contract during the three years preceding the issue date of the Solicitation.” Would the Government consider changing the recent years from three (3) to five (5) years?
Yes. Amendment 0001 makes this change.
37
Section L.4.2
Please clarify that the Government requests Past Experience and Past Performance in separate parts (combined with the task order technical approaches for a total of 3 parts).

Please also clarify that the information the Government requests for the Past Performance References is the same information that the Past Performance Questionnaire Instructions directs be included in the Offeror's proposal (i.e., copies of Section I and Attachment J-6, Part 1) .

Amendment 0001 changes section L.4.2 to reflect two sections to the technical proposal.

Amendment 0001changes the Instructions for submittal of the questionnaire to eliminate reference to Section I.

38
Section M
1. Will past experience be evaluated separately from past performance?

2. What are the ratings that will be used? Will they be numerical ratings or adjective ratings?

1. Past Experience and Past Performance is one rating factor.

2. As stated in M.2 of the RFP, the Government will evaluate recent and relevant to ascertain the degree of confidence the Judiciary has in the probability of the Offeror successfully performing the solicitation requirements.

39
Section M

Please see Section M of the solicitation for evaluation methodology and basis for award.
40
Section J, Attachment J-6
Past Performance Questionnaire appears to be missing Part 3; will the Government please reissue this attachment to include Part 3?
Amendment 0001 provides Part 3 of the Questionnaire.
41
Section J, Attachment J-4, Task Order 1

Section 1.1

Will the AOUSC provide access to Judiciary Online University and CourtsLearn?
Yes.
42
Section J, Attachment J-2, Task Order 2

Section 5.1

In order to judge the level of complexity (and therefore effort) will the AOUSC provide a sample JIFMS report(s) and the current 8-12 reports/data outputs?
The data referenced consists of standard procurement data (dates, periods of performance, user information) which would be contained in contracts. A sample will be provided upon request in writing to don_parkins@ao.uscourts.gov.
43
Section J, Attachment J-2

Labor Categories

Business Analyst labor category is not listed/detailed in Attachment J-2. Please provide a job description and Education/Experience.
See Answer #27.
44
Section J, Attachment J-2

Labor Categories

The labor category attachment J-2 states that the Principal/Program Manager is required to have both a PMP as well as a DAWIA/FAC-C Level III certification. In as much as this position is the leader and manager of the offer's support activities, and other senior positions also require FAC-C/DAWIA Level III certifications, will the government be willing to accept either a PMP or DAWIA/FAC-C Level III certification for this role?
Yes. Amendment 0001 changes this requirement.
45
Section J, Attachment J-2

Labor Categories

In order to staff these Task Orders with the most appropriate and relevant staff, would the government consider decreasing the certification level for one or two of the labor categories from a Level III to a Level II? This will provide a better stratification of experience and knowledge and allow the offeror to provide the best value (employee's skills verses cost) working in the most appropriate labor categories with the skills they need to perform the required functions.
The qualification levels remain unchanged for those tasks that might be issued on a Labor Hour or Time and Materials basis.
46
L-2.1 Proposal Instructions
Will the Government consider an extension due to the missing information in J-6, as well as the holiday, to allow our references time to process the Past Performance Questionaire?
Yes. Amendment 0001 changes the proposal submission date to Friday, June 15, 2018.
47
General
As an economically disadvantaged, woman-owned, small business (EDWOSB), we are requesting the government consider converting this requirement to a set-aside for competition among EDWOSBs or WOSBs, if two or more WOSBs are interested in this effort.
This requirement will not be set-aside.
48
Section J, Attachment J-1
Attachment J-1 – Schedule of Pricing, Tab a – Hourly Rates: The Government provided estimated hours are less than full year for each of the labor categories. Although we completely understand that the estimated hours provided are for evaluation purposes only, the use of hours less than realistic Full-Time Equivalent Hours has a significant impact on an offeror’s ability to propose realistic rates, secure committed talent, and develop a technical approach for managing the support services identified in this requirement. Will the government provide the FTE hours (i.e. 1880 or 1920 hrs) anticipated to be used for each labor category under this requirement?
The number of hours used under this contract is driven by individual tasks issued throughout the performance period. There is no guarantee as to the amount of work to be performed under this contract.
50
Section J, Attachment J-2
The Principal/Program Manager Labor Category lists the Minimum Education/Certification as a bachelor’s degree, FAC-C/DAWIA Level III or equivalent, and PMP. Will the government consider allowing an offeror to propose a PM with experience equivalent to possessing an actual PMP certification?
See Question #44.
51
Section L.4.2
Factor 2, titled Past Experience and Past Performance, the government provides, “To be considered recent, work must have been performed under the referenced contract during the three years preceding the issue date of the Solicitation.” Will the government consider increasing the recent preceding years from three (3) to five (5) years?
See Question#20.
52
Section H
Paragraph 2-65, Titled Key Personnel provides the following: “(2) All appointments of key personnel shall be approved in writing by the contracting officer, and no substitutions of such personnel shall be made without the advance written approval of the contracting officer.” Will the government consider removing the stipulation for “…advance written approval…” in order to not engage in duties that touch on personal services?
Clause 2-65 will remain unchanged.
53
Section H
Paragraph 2-65, Titled Key Personnel provides the following: “(3) Except as provided in paragraph (4) of this clause, at least 30 days (60 days if security clearance is required) in advance of the proposed substitution, all proposed substitutions of key personnel shall be submitted in writing to the contracting officer, including the information required in paragraph (5) of this provision.” In an “at will” arrangement, one’s firm can not control the departure or reasons for separation of an employee. In addition, the industry standard for providing notice to an employer is two weeks (ten business days). Would the government consider waiving or removing the 30 day (60 day if a clearance is required) requirement of notice due to this occurrence being out of the control of the contractor/service provider? This requirement can be replaced with language requiring that the contractor alert the contracting officer within XX days of being made aware of a confirmed separation of an employee from the project.
The language remains unchanged.
54

Currently only career GS-1102 members of the acquisition workforce required FAC certification.
55
General
Does the vendor need to deliver training that is certified to meet FAC requirements (e.g., DAU equivalent)?
No, unless specified in a task order.
56
General
Is there a vendor currently providing support for these requirements? If so, which vendor(s)?
No.
57
General
Will AOUSC accept offers from vendors participating in a Contractor Team Agreement?

No.
59
Section J, Attachment J-2
Will AOUSC consider a higher education degree as a substitute for years of experience?
No. The experience requirements remain unchanged.
60
General
Is there an incumbent providing these services currently? If so, please provide the contractor’s name and IDIQ/task order numbers.

1.

No.

61
C-2.2 Support Area 2
While not specifically mentioned, is it a correct assumption this this support area of the SOW for the IDIQ contract also includes PWS and QASP?
Yes.
62
Section L-3.2 Part 2
The section describes IDIQ hourly rates as fixed. Are IDIQ hours fixed or ceiling rates that can be further discounted at the task order level?
The Government would accept reduced rates proposed for labor hour or time and material task orders.
62
L-4.1 Factor 1
Task Order Technical Approach – Does this section have a page limitation?
No.
63
L-4.2 Factor 2
Past Experience and Past Performance – This section states that offerors shall forward to each of their customer references Parts 2 and 3 of the Past Performance Questionnaire. It does not appear that Part 3 was included with the provided Attachment J.6. Can the Government please provide the required Part 3 of the questionnaire?
Amendment 0001 provides this section.
64
Section L.4.2
Page 22, Past Performance information for Major Subcontractors – The third paragraph requires written consent of the subcontractor for past performance as well as a commitment letter. Where would the Government like that written consent and commitment letter included in the proposal submission – as part of the business volume or at the end of the narrative past performance section?
Either location. If provided in the Business Volume, then it should be referenced with past performance.
65
Section L.4.2
Past Performance – Please clarify the past performance instructions as it is unclear if two or three sections of items are being requested. 1) Paragraph one mentions a narrative that describes experience with each Service Area. 2) The middle of page 22 lists bulleted items that must be included in references. 3) The fifth paragraph of page 23 mentions a past performance questionnaire.

a. Are we correct in understanding that the Government seeks 1) a narrative that describes experience in each Service Area (no page limits for this) and 2) completed past performance questionnaires, of which Part 1 includes all of the bulleted items on pages 22-23?

Amendment 001 provides this clarification.

66
Section L.4.2
Page 22, Past Performance, Fifth Paragraph – The previous page mentions up to five references. However, here it only mentions three. Can this paragraph be adjusted to include up to five references?
Amendment 0001 corrected the number of references to “up to five”.
67
Section L.4.2
Past Performance, Fifth Paragraph – “The Offeror shall describe three past performance efforts under Part 1.” Here does the Government mean that five (see question above) separate past performance questionnaires should be completed rather than three past performance efforts being listed under Part 1 as written?
See Answer #66.
68
Section L.4.2
Page 22, Past Performance, Fifth Paragraph – The page limitation is three pages for each Part 1, however, the template without any content is already two and a quarter pages for Part 1. Can this be expanded to four total pages for each Part 1?
The page limitation in Section L.4.2 is increased in Amendment 0001 to 15 pages.
69
Section L.4.2
Page 22, Past Performance, Fifth Paragraph – With five past performances, can the total page count be expanded from the current nine-page limit?
See Answer #68.
70
Section J, Attachment J-2
Can years of experience substitute for degrees or advanced degrees substitute for required years of experience? For example if someone has a Master’s degree when only a Bachelor’s degree is required, the 10 years of required experience with the Bachelor’s Degree would be reduced to 8 years of required experience with the Master’s degree. That is only one example
See Answer #59.
71
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Please describe any categorization that currently exists for the 200 AO employees (including supervisory vs non-supervisory, levels of certification, certified vs non-certified, etc.).

1.

The 200 people identified include both supervisory and non-supervisory positions with varying degree of experience in the acquisition of products or services.

72
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Page 2, 2.2 and 2.3 – 2.2 notes 200 AO employees make up the “target” workforce. 2.3 mentions a training plan for the “identified” workforce. Are these the same, or is the identified workforce something less than the 200 AO employees?

These are the same.

73
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Does the PMD use software to track classes completed, certifications earned, and certification maintenance of the target workforce? If yes, what is currently being used, and is it owned/licensed by the Government?
Limited information is retained for online training taken through CourtsLearn. No additional information is tracked at this time.
74
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
How does PMD currently use the Federal Acquisition Institute’s FAITAS for the 200 AO employees?
PMD currently does not use FAITAS for the 200 employees referenced in the Task.
75
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Page 2, 2.3 – Is the training plan one training plan for all 200 AO employees or individual training plans or what does the Government envision?
The training plan is one plan for employees designated to serve in an acquisition capacity.
76
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Page 3, Section 4. Deliverables – The Training Course & Mapping deliverable is due 14 calendar days after award. Often, it takes at least a week to have the kickoff meeting and obtain relevant documents/access. Can this due date be 14 calendar days after the kickoff meeting? Additionally, Section 8 notes that the period of performance will begin 7 business days after the signing of the task order, which would delay the ability to complete the first deliverable.
Amendment 001 changes the deliverable due date based upon the kick-off of the task.

Item #8 is also amended to clarify when the kick-off meeting for this task will be held

77
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Page 3 Section 4. Deliverables – When the timeline of all deliverables and review periods are added up it appears to be 154 days. This would be more than the period of performance that is outlined on page 1 section 11. Will the Government please provide clarification or amend the period of performance for the task order.
The period of performance for this task shown in Item #11 of the SF-18 has been changed to December 10, 2018. This date will adjust depending upon the date of award of the task order.
78
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Page 4, 11. Key Personnel – “Contractor should attach to their quote references of com- parable prior experience would be helpful along the resume of the proposed Project Manager.” Please clarify what the Government means by “references.” Is it narrative of similar projects, or is it the contact information of references who can vouch for similar work products?
See Answer #22.
79
Section J, Attachment J-5 Task Order 2
The General Description and Purpose sections indicate broader, more comprehensive work than what is detailed in the Scope and Tasks sections. Please confirm that the Scope and Tasks sections are the ones reflective of the Government’s needs.
This is correct.
80
Section J, Attachment J-5 Task Order 2
Page 2, 2.0 Purpose - Will the Government please clarify if the contractor will have access to an AOUSC computer or an AOUSC network account in order to access the following systems: Momentum® application (v7.0.2), referred to at the Judiciary as Judiciary Integrated Financial Management System (JIFMS), along with Judiciary’s InfoWeb Acquisition Plan program, SAP Business Objects, Judiciary’s Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Microsoft Excel, and Tableau Desktop?
If the contractor has extensive experience in using JIFMS (Momentum), Infoweb, Business Objects or the EDW applications, access to these applications can be provided via an AOUSC furnished laptop/machine, if it is deemed necessary to perform the task(s).
82
Section J, Attachment J-5 Task Order 2
Page 3, 7.1 Deliverables – Rather than having the first deliverable due 28 days after the award date, can the due date be 28 days after the kickoff meeting. The kickoff meeting is sometimes delayed after award, which then creates a time lag in starting the effort.
Amendment 0001 changes the deliverable due date for the first deliverable to 28 days after the kick off meeting for the task.
83
Section J, Attachment J-5 Task Order 2
Page 4, 8.0 Payment - “The contractor shall submit the invoice for this project upon delivery of all deliverables and acceptance in writing from the COR or CO. Payment will be remitted within 30 days of receipt of the invoice once acceptance of the final training plan has been confirmed. To expedite processing, the contractor should attach a copy of the acceptance of the final training plan to the invoice.”. Will the Government please confirm that this section should be referencing the “final recommendations report” and not a “final training plan” as outlined in section 7.0 – Inspection and Acceptance Criteria?
Amendment 0001 changes the reference to “Draft Recommendations Plan”.
84
Section J, Attachment J-5 Task Order 2
Page 4, 13.0 Technical Approach – Will the Government please confirm that no resumes are required in response to Task Order 2.
That is correct.
85
General
Is there an incumbent contractor currently or recently performing any part of this requirement?
See Answer #3.
86
Section L-4
· What is the third part?

· Experience appears to be separate from Past Performance. Is this the third part?

See Answer #37.

87
Section L-4
· What is the maximum page count for Volume II Technical Proposal?

· Is there any further page delineation for each of the Technical Proposal parts?

The only page limitations is for reference submitted under Past Experience and Past Performance.

88
Section J, Attachment J-4 Task Order 1
Does the Government intend to limit the training only to existing, commercially available, courses or will the contractor be able to reference training that it has developed and has not offered for public consumption?
Training recommendations should be limited to commercially available training or other training the government can access.
89
Section J, Attachment J-4

Task Order 1

Should a Project Manager labor category be added to those attachments or should bidders use the Program Manager labor category for the Key Personnel requirement of Task Order 1?
Program Manager should be used.
90
Section J, Attachment J-5, Task Order 2
Task Order 2 Section 13.1, Proposal Instructions includes the following statement which is not included in the RFP proposal instructions in Section L.4-1.

“The technical approach should address performance associated with all deliverables listed in Item 6 above.”

Which proposal instruction section is the definitive source?

What is meant by “performance associated with all deliverables” and how is this different from similar information requested?

Amendment 0001 deletes the last sentence from Section 13.1 of the Task.

91
Attachment J-5, Task Order 2
The statement of work states, “Evaluate current AOUSC 8-12 reports/ data outputs…”

Will AOUSC please provide a sample of an AOUSC 8-12 report/data output?

Will the Government please provide a list of the data and metrics currently collected?

See Answer #42.
