The laboratory currently relies on a walk-in cooler to store food matrices used in proficiency testing and method validation activities. The existing unit is no longer operational due to age and equipment failure. Replacement of the walk-in cooler is required to restore storage capability and support ongoing laboratory operations.

The Quoter shall identify the warranty coverage and duration applicable to the equipment, including parts, labor, compressor, and insulated panels, as applicable.

No preventive maintenance or repair services beyond those provided under the manufacturer's warranty are required under this acquisition.

The Quoter shall identify any manufacturer installation, startup, inspection, or certification requirements necessary to activate or maintain the manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty repairs shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and requirements.
