About this file
This is an annex document that identifies Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) services available to support the development of National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) systems and services.
The document designates nine primary service providers responsible for delivering specific IT capabilities across the Intelligence Community: Data Services Architecture (DSA) provided by CIA and NSA; IC Applications Mall (AppsMall) by NSA; IC Cloud services by CIA (C2S) and NSA (IC GovCloud); IC Desktop Environment (IC DTE) by DIA and NGA; IC Enterprise Management (IC EMT) by DIA and NGA; IC Security Coordination Center (IC SCC) by ODNI; Identification, Authentication and Authorization (IAA) by CIA and NSA; Information Transport Service (ITS) by NSA; and Network Requirements and Engineering (NRE) by NRO. In accordance with DNI and NGA guidance, geospatial service providers and their developers are required to familiarize themselves with these IC ITE service offerings and utilize them in lieu of acquiring or developing similar capabilities. The service provider model aims to reduce duplicative efforts, improve resource allocation and collaboration, enhance enterprise management and scalability, and provide service level agreements on behalf of the Community. The document also references additional common services including Application Development Services (ADV) for open-source tools, the IC Marketplace for AWS-billable C2S commercial software subscriptions, and GEOINT Services for geospatial-centric mission and developer tools. Detailed information about each service is available at the specified IntelShare location.

The service provider model provides the IC benefits by reducing duplicative efforts, improved resource allocation and collaboration, enhanced enterprise management and scalability, and service level agreements on behalf of the Community.
In addition, Application Development Services (ADV) provides common open-source tools and services for IC developers within the Community. The IC Marketplace provides a means to subscribe to and deploy AWS-billable C2S commercial software. GEOINT Services provides geospatial-centric mission, developer and DevOps tools. Developers are afforded access to tools, references and libraries on JWICS that are in-sync with commonly used low-side development tools and services.
