About this file

This is a Scope of Work document outlining software implementation services between Santa Fe Trails, a public transit agency in New Mexico, and two vendors: TripMaster and Passio by Transit Technologies. The engagement encompasses implementation, configuration, deployment, testing, training, and go-live support for multiple software modules designed to enhance Santa Fe Trails' day-to-day operations across demand response, microtransit, fixed route services, rider communications, maintenance, reporting, and vehicle technology operations. TripMaster will provide 11 modules including TripScheduler, ParaScope driver application, pre- and post-trip inspections, TripReminders, Where's My Ride rider tracking, TripMaintenance, TripPortal, TripPass, map overlays for microtransit, auto seat assignment, TripPay, and Intelligent Voice Agent functionality. Passio will provide five modules encompassing CAD/AVL dispatch and vehicle tracking, fixed route National Transit Database reporting, Automatic Passenger Counters, on-board Wi-Fi and cellular services, and portable mobile data terminals.

The scope is limited exclusively to the modules expressly listed in the document, with any custom development, third-party integration, or additional functionality requiring separate review and approval. Project timelines are contingent upon stakeholder availability, data readiness, hardware readiness, and timely decision-making by all parties. All required hardware, licensing, subscriptions, and recurring service fees will be governed by applicable order forms and vendor documentation. The procurement is structured as a sole source acquisition, justified by the integrated nature of the TripMaster and Passio solutions and the substantial additional cost, risk, and complexity that would result from implementing multiple third-party systems to achieve comparable functionality.
