Vendors must provide detailed information about component suppliers and manufacturers, with any supplier changes requiring explicit Contracting Officer approval. Technical specifications include color matching protocols, quality system standards (ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2015), and compliance with specific military specifications for face masks.
