About this file

This document is Addendum 2 for the Town of Farragut's RFP #2025-07 for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Systems and Implementation Services. The RFP seeks a comprehensive, cloud-based ERP system to serve multiple town departments, including modules for finance, general ledger, budgeting, human resources, payroll, time and attendance, employee self-service, project management, work order systems, asset management, and business licensing. The procurement timeline includes a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held on 10/16/2024, a proposer questions deadline of 11/12/2024, proposal due date of 11/19/2024, evaluation committee meetings on 12/03/2024, virtual demonstrations of short-listed proposals from 12/5/2024-12/11/2024, and anticipated contract award and Board of Mayor and Alderman approval by 01/09/2025.

The current environment includes Tyler ERP Pro 10 for finance, HR, and public works, Tyler ERP Pro 9 for business licenses, RecDesk for parks and recreation, and MGO for community development. The town has 71 full-time and 28 part-time employees who will need software access, with a preference for mobile timesheet capabilities. There is no estimated budget disclosed, but the town indicates sufficient resources to fund the project. The desired go-live date is July 1, 2025, with flexibility for a phased approach. The town will require a SOC report from the awarded vendor and seeks a clear understanding of the vendor's API system. Proposers are instructed to submit no more than 100 pages of content and will not be allowed to submit electronic proposals.
