Air Force Test Center Installation Operational Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, 32542 Proposed Solicitation number/Identifier: F A2823 -25-Q-A0l 2
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOAB), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a single source contrnct to CCATT, LLC. 2000 Cmporate Dr Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317-8564, United States. Cage code; 79KG9. This acquisition is to establish a lease agreement for a Commercial Tower. This is going to be an annual contract with four option years to extend annually. The anticipated contrnct will be a Fi1m Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order.
The statuto1y authority which pe1mits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-l(b). This authority is suppo1ted by an approved single source justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 531390. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $19.5M. The anticipated award date is 14 March 2025.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A dete1mination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Info1mation received will be considered solely for the pmpose of dete1mining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by March 03, 2025, 10:00AM Central Standard Time (CTS) will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes.
All infonnation submitted should suppo1t the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be submitted via email to: olivia.haITis. l@us.af.mil.
