About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document containing three questions related to a tower lease acquisition at Test Site D6. The questions address whether the government is seeking to acquire a site, tower, or both; clarify that space is needed on the tower for Boresight equipment and ground space for an equipment rack.
The document confirms that Crown Castle will be the sole contractor, with any small business subcontracting opportunities to be arranged directly through Crown Castle. The government states it has conducted extensive research and determined that Crown Castle has the only solution meeting their requirements. The document also clarifies that no Project/Procurement Manager will be needed for this effort.

Text version
1. Are you seeking to acquire the site or the tower, or both?
We will need space on the tower to mount the Boresight equipment and space on the ground to house an equipment rack. All equipment on the Test Site D6 property are being addressed under other efforts.
2. Will you be interested in working with a small business or through Crown Castle? If a small business is capable of doing any of the work through Crown Castle, they would need to contact Crown Castle directly. The government will be contracting with one entity and any subcontracting opportunities that arise from that will be an agreement between themselves and the Prime. The government has done extensive research and believes that Crown Castle has the only solution that meets the government’s needs.
3. Will you need a Project/Procurement Manager? No.
