About this file
Summary
This document is a Terms and Conditions for Contracts Under $25,000 issued by the State of Maryland for procurement activities. The document establishes the standardized contractual framework governing all state and local contracts valued below the $25,000 threshold within Maryland's jurisdiction. The terms and conditions apply to the snow removal services contract for the George M. Taylor District Court/Multi Service Center located at 7500 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, Maryland, with a contract period extending from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2029. This three-year agreement encompasses snow removal and related services at the specified location, with no renewal options mentioned in the scope.
The document provides the standard legal and administrative provisions required for all contracts under $25,000, including payment terms, contractor obligations, compliance requirements, and dispute resolution procedures. These terms establish the baseline contractual relationship between Maryland and vendors providing goods or services valued below the threshold amount. Specific pricing, set-asides, funding sources, and award details are not detailed within this terms and conditions template, as those elements are typically addressed separately in individual contract solicitations and award documentation.
