About this file
This document outlines the technical factors and evaluation criteria for Project HAYW 26-2016, a gym interior renovation contract. To be considered for award, contractors must submit a fully developed plan addressing three mandatory requirements. First, contractors must provide a brief written work procedure (limited to two pages) that satisfies the Statement of Work requirements specified in section 3.0. Second, if subcontractors are utilized, they must be identified at the time of quote submission, with both primary and alternative subcontractors permitted; contractors must provide the business name and city for each selected subcontractor. Third, contractors must demonstrate qualifications and competence in the work area, which can be satisfied by providing a current and relevant California contractor license (such as CA B, C-10, C-15, or C-33) held by either the prime contractor or subcontractor, along with the license number. Alternatively, if a relevant California license is not held, contractors may submit an equivalent credential or certificate for competency evaluation.

Technical Factors Project: HAYW 26-2016 Renovate Gym Interior
To be considered for award a contractor must have a fully developed plan to execute contract performance and satisfy the statement of work (SOW). The following concerns must be addressed to be considered for award.
1. Procedure. Provide a brief written work procedure to satisfy the SOW requirements of section 3.0. (Limited to two pages).
2. Acknowledgment of subcontractors. If a subcontractor is utilized, they must be selected at the time of quote submission. A primary and alternative may be referenced. Provide the business name and city of the selected subcontractor(s).
3. Qualifications. The SOW requires qualifications to prove competence in the area of work. A current and relevant CA license by the prime or the sub-contractor will satisfy this requirement. If a relevant CA license (e.g. CA B, C-10, C-15 or C-33) is held provide the license number. In lieu of a relevant CA license an equivalent credential/certificate may suffffice and must be provided to evaluate competency.
