Text version

Technical Factors Project: Repair Concrete Foundation and Replace BAK-12 Anchor Bolts To be considered for award a contractor must have a fully developed plan to execute contract performance and satisfy the statement of work (SOW). The following concerns must be addressed to be considered for award.

1. Procedure. Provide a brief written work procedure to satisfy the SOW requirements of section 3.0. (Response limited to three pages).

2. Acknowledgment of subcontractors. If a subcontractor is utilized, they must be selected at the time of quote submission. A primary and alternative may be referenced. Provide the business name and city of the selected subcontractor(s).

3. Qualifications. The SOW requires qualifications to prove competence in the area of work. A current CA B or C-8 license by the prime or the sub-contractor will satisfy this requirement. If a CA B or C-8 is held provide the license number. In lieu of a license an equivalent credential/certificate may suffice and must be provided to evaluate competency.
